Operational Body Scan™- a benchmarking tool that provides a comprehensive, quantified assessment of the effectiveness and quality of a company's operational strategy and execution. Coaching in operational departments — provides coaching, facilitation and training for teams and individual employees – to achieve improvements in effectiveness and processes
