Corporate Body Scan™- a one-day process that provides a comprehensive, quantified assessment of a company's overall effectiveness and opportunities for improvement. Knowing their own company better than anyone else, a team comprised of senior and middle management along with other employees initially performs an assessment, aided by a specially trained SOAR facilitator. They then develop a detailed action plan for making specific profit and performance improvements, benchmarking their company against high-performance, world-class businesses.

Unique/Varied Format - Participants are assigned to teams to gain consensus on more than 300 questions about their company. The process employs a variety of interesting formats to engage the group, encourage team building and achieve consensus. There are built-in mechanisms throughout the process to eliminate bias and encourage participation from everyone in attendance.
Proprietary software – SOAR uses proprietary software to input answers that are then reviewed, analyzed and compared to world-class. The resulting SOARcard™ identifies specific areas for improvement.
Cross-section of the company – generally comprised of 8–12 people, the participants ideally represent all levels of the organization with as many different functions as possible. Including non-managers in the group strongly encouraged.
SOARcard™ — delivered at end of workshop – The SOARcard™ is available at the end of the day so that the company can immediately begin to make changes. The SOARcard™ is a graphic expression of the company's scores in the Four Pillars of Strategic Excellence, the 16 Key Areas of Success and the total SOAR score. SOAR scores are color-coded. Green indicates areas where the company is doing a good job. Yellow identifies areas where some attention could benefit the organization. Red shows areas where the company could reap substantial benefits from improvement.
One-day, off-site workshop — SOAR's Corporate Body Scan™ is built around a one-day session where a Certified Soar Facilitator and select individuals from the company assemble, usually at an off-site location.
Comprehensive 45-page report — SOAR's insightful report is available which details the opportunities available to the company and suggests the priority in which they should be implemented.
