Kristin Siepker, who joined The Parkland Group in 2008, manages office support functions, administrative duties and HR/benefits; assists project managers with client and industry research and coordinates the efforts of the SOAR sales team. She is also Parkland's in-house expert on CRM systems.

Kristin previously worked in the food service industry and the marketing department of a regional architectural firm, focusing on market research, proposal generation, advertising oversight and conference logistics functions.

She received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Kent State University with a major in marketing. She has volunteered for a local chapter of the Jaycees and an animal shelter.
